Expect for this appointment to take 2 hours. ($190)

This session starts with a moment to sit with herbal tea and an initial check-in about what is going on for the you physically, spiritually and emotionally.

This ritualistic bodywork involves using plant infused oils on muscles and joints, followed by passive movement and light rocking, to open and clear stagnation in the physical body.

This bodywork is complemented with meditative hands on energy work channeled from plant spirit guides and other spirit guides for deeper relief of the whole spirit, heart and body.

Before we have this appointment, it is important for us to have a quick phone conversation going over your needs and expectations so we can be sure this type of treatment is a good fit for you.

Initial Consult ($100)

A ritual meditation to connect you to your plant spirit allies and hone in on the heart of what is going on for you and your health. This will help us to establish a safe connection.
Tea will be provided during this appointment as well as a gift.

You will leave with instructions on how to establish a daily practice with the plant/s that came through during this session.

Second session is highly recommended for 3 weeks post this initial consult.

Second Consult + Health History ($90)

After having an initial plant spirit consult at least 3 weeks prior to this appointment, and having established a relationship with the plant/s, we will dive into a more clinical format of discussing physical symptoms, health history, and goals.

Here we will address specific concerns and design a protocol for deeper herbal therapy and lifestyle choices that build on information we gathered during the initial consult.

Follow Up Consults ($85)

Once we have established a therapeutic relationship from the first two sessions, grounding with plants and discussing health history and goals, this session is for checking in and adjusting herbal protocols as needed, as you continue to grow with the plants and move through life.
