A ritual meditation to connect you to your plant spirit allies and hone in on the heart of what is going on for you and your health. This will help us to establish a safe connection.
Tea will be provided during this appointment as well as a gift.

You will leave with instructions on how to establish a daily practice with the plant/s that came through during this session.

Second session is highly recommended for 3 weeks post this initial consult.

After having an initial plant spirit consult 3 weeks prior to this appointment, and establishing a relationship with the plant/s from this session, we will dive into a more clinical format of discussing physical symptoms, health history, and goals.

Here we will address specific concerns and design a protocol for deeper herbal therapy and lifestyle choices that build on information we gathered during the initial consult.

Once we have established a therapeutic relationship from the first two sessions, grounding with plant spirits and discussing health history and goals, this session is for checking in and adjusting herbal protocols as needed, as you continue to grow with the plants and move through life.

St. John’s Wort helps with muscle pain and strain. Eases spasms and tension when massaged into sore muscles frequently. A nerve elixir helping us to release jittery and overdrive tension. Rejuvenates and gives us fortitude to engage in the present moment.

It has also been known to stimulate capillary regeneration and soften old scars.
